This policy describes how this website handles information you share with us. We collect as little as possible, use it only to respond to you, and never sell it. Stewardship of your trust and your information is part of how we work.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, the type of inquiry you select, and the message you write. Please do not include sensitive medical or mental-health information in the form.
- Basic site analytics: if enabled, we use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (Plausible) that collect aggregate page-view data only. We do not use advertising pixels, session recording, heatmaps, or cross-site tracking of any kind.
How your information is used
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for marketing purposes. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.
How form submissions are delivered
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Their processing of your submission is governed by their own privacy practices. This is another reason not to include sensitive health information in the form: the website contact form is not a clinical communication channel.
Client health information
This policy covers the website only. If you become a therapy client, your health information is protected under HIPAA and Georgia law, and its handling is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
